Managed a fleet of over 40,000 DER devices across the USA including solar PV, battery storage systems, and electric vehicle chargers, achieving 99.5% uptime through streamlined operational processes and data-driven insights for maximised flexibility value and revenue.

Managed a Mayor of London–commissioned flexibility programme delivering energy savings and emissions reductions for social housing tenants through innovative smart grid technology and residential demand-side response.
🔧 DER Installation Management
Oversaw over 200 installation projects across the UK, ensuring seamless integration of PV, ESS, and EV infrastructure while managing quality control, installer coordination, and customer communications.
💼 Consulting Example: Operations Assessment & Optimisation
Completed an independent assessment of solar PV and battery storage installation processes and procedures for a major UK energy supplier (June–September 2023). The 12-week engagement reviewed sales workflows, operations systems, HubSpot CRM integration, quality management alignment with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, DNO protocols, and customer documentation.
