💼 Consulting Example: Operations Assessment & Optimisation

Completed an independent assessment of solar PV and battery storage installation processes and procedures for a major UK energy supplier (June–September 2023). The 12-week engagement reviewed sales workflows, operations systems, HubSpot CRM integration, quality management alignment with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, DNO protocols, and customer documentation.

Key outcomes included identifying gaps in post-installation customer documentation, streamlining design-stage workflows, enhancing internal knowledge-sharing, and benchmarking processes against market practice.
